What’s the first thing you think about when purchasing a Wendy’s value meal?

Better question is…do you even think while ordering off the menu?

The more value meal numbers that you see on display, the greater the chance that you will order a lower Wendy’s value meal number.

Have you ever seriously thought about why you do that?

It’s all about trickery to get you to buy their cheapest, unhealthiest options.

How many of you out there actually pay attention to the non-numbered food options when ordering from fast food restaurants like Wendy’s?

(C’mon now…don’t be shy)

Too many of us fall into the trap of only ordering value meal numbers when we go to fast food restaurants.

They are called value meals for a reason. Value meals are designed to take the thinking out of ordering fast food.

By taking the thinking out of your order, you’re more likely to make bad decisions.

Do you seriously think a corporation selling fast food cares about your body?

Their job is to make a profit by selling you cheap cost effective food.

That’s why they call it a value meal, because it’s valuable to the corporation that you keep buying their value meals.

My philosophy is that cheap food leads to a cheap body.

If you stop letting the corporations do the thinking for you, you will become a master at the fast food ordering game.

Wendy’s Value Meal Options

Wendy’s was one of the first fast food restaurants to give you an additional option besides french fries with your burger.

Their value meals offer you the following french fry substitutions of:

  • Baked potato
  • Chili
  • Salad
  • Fruit

How often do you swap out fries for those healthier options?

Don’t worry; the average person rarely changes a Wendy’s value meal side item. Changing the side item requires too much thinking.

That’s why the default Wendy’s value menu items are still burger, fires and a soda.

If Wendy’s made their default side items, a salad and unsweetened tea, they would be viewed as crazy!

Too many people are programed to think that a burger can only be delicious if eaten with fries and a soda.

Not you!
